Vintage 2005 With Steven Spurrier – “Wines worth talking about”
November 25, 2019 @ 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

In the immortal words of Hugh Johnson: “A fine wine is a wine that’s worth talking about… and writers in their way, contribute as much to our appreciation and pleasure as the wine makers themselves.”
At the Académie du Vin Library, we couldn’t agree more, which is why we firmly believe that the more you read and learn about wine, the more enjoyable it becomes to drink. And few people have learned or drunk more (in the nicest possible way, of course!) than our co-founder Steven Spurrier, who will be pulling the corks on six of his favourite from his very own personal collection.
Why not join Steven to experience these wonderful wines for yourself and talk through their finer points?
We’ll also be doing a 3-for-2 offer on our equally wonderful wine books – the perfect Christmas stocking fillers for the wine lovers in your life – so please do come and join us for what promises to be an exceptionally informative evening with one of the most knowledgeable people in the business.
We will taste:
