Wolf Wilder
As co-founder and managing director of the leading Spanish wine importer vinos.de, Wolf Wilder has been involved with Iberian wines since 1996 and knows the Spanish winemakers and bodegas like few others. He has lived in Mallorca for over four years and has come to know and appreciate the diversity of Mallorcan wines. In 2022, he took over the small boutique guesthouse Can Coll in Sóller, where he exclusively presents Mallorcan wines to his guests.

Thilo Weimar
Photographer Thilo Weimar specializes in wine, travel and food photography and his work has been published in numerous international magazines including Wine Spectator, FINE Das Weinmagazin, Feinschmecker and DuMont Bildatlas. He has also illustrated several books, including for National Geographic, on the Marchesi Antinori wine dynasty, as well as books on Rome, Milan and various Italian regions.

Jürgen Mathäß
Economics graduate and journalist, Jürgen Mathäß specialized in the wine industry 35 years ago. He was editor-in-chief of Weinfreund, Weinwirtscha and Vinum Germany. He works as a freelance journalist, taster, author and marketing consultant in the wine industry. For more than 30 years, he has specialized in wines from Spain, Germany and South America. Mallorca is his favourite island.
